• Establishment of Vietnam Halal Certification Agency (HALCERT) under Vietnam Certification Center
• The agency operates under the legal regulations on Halal certification and complies with Islamic law
• The decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of Vietnam Certification Center is responsible for implementing this decision.

Functions & Duties

• The National Halal Certification Center (HALCERT) is a unit under the Conformity Certification Center, supporting the director in managing Halal activities.The center has its own seal and operates completely independently. HALCERT’s headquarters is located in Hanoi
• Advising and supporting leaders on state management of Halal certification. Researching, certifying products and organizing activities related to Halal standards. Implementing international cooperation, implementing research and development programs in the field of Halal.

Registering technology activities

Certification of products, goods, processes, and services in accordance with standards at the National Halal Certification Center (HALCERT).
